Your Right to Return You may return your order within 28 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition, including all original packaging.

Restocking Fee Please note that a restocking fee of 20% of the item value applies to all returns. This covers the cost of warehousing, inspection, and repackaging upon receipt.

Arranging Your Return Returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer. We do not offer a collection or courier service for returns — it is your responsibility to ensure items are returned safely and securely.

Delivery Charges Original delivery fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned in the same condition as received. If a returned item arrives damaged, a deduction will be made from your refund based on the assessed loss in value.

Fair Wear & Tear If a return is received after an extended period of ownership, a reasonable deduction for fair wear and tear will be applied to the refund amount.

Processing Your Refund Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
